Andy Knox, Sr.Andrew H. Knox,
Agency Principal
Andy is a graduate of the Thomson High School Class of 1968. He attended the University of Georgia, from which he graduated in 1972, having earned a BBA degree. In 1973, he earned his MBA degree. Andy began his insurance career with Watson and Knox, Inc., in January of 1978. When he became President in 1979, he assumed the ultimate management responsibility for the company.
Caroline AndersonCaroline Anderson
Caroline Anderson joins the Watson and Knox team after nearly three years of practicing labor and employment law with a top international law firm in Atlanta. As part of her practice, Caroline represented employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including employment discrimination litigation, wage and hour litigation, and employment contract disputes. Caroline also has extensive experience with disputes arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. Caroline will leverage her legal background to provide the clients of Watson and Knox with keen insight and assistance -- a tremendous benefit that other insurance agencies cannot provide.
Andy Knox, Jr.

Commercial Producer
Andy grew up in Thomson, GA, and is a graduate of Thomson High School. He attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a degree in Risk Management from the Terry College of Business. Immediately following graduation in 2005, Andy returned to Thomson to begin his employ with Watson and Knox. Andy focuses on Property and Casualty lines with an emphasis on Safety (OSHA) and Workers Compensation. He is one of 340 agents who have obtained the Certified Workers’ Compensation Advisor designation. Andy serves as Vice-President of the company.
Zephie Banks

Zephie has been with Watson and Knox since July of 1982. She started out in Personal Lines, but moved on to the Commercial Lines Department in the early '90's. In addition to managing the Commercial Department, Zephie serves as Secretary of the Corporation and also as Office Administrator.

Julie became a licensed insurance agent in 2001, and has been with Watson and Knox since that time. She is an integral part ofthe Commercial Department. In addition to selling and servicing her own accounts, Julie assists our outside Producers in securing a market for their prospective clients.

Angela came to work with Watson and Knox in July of 1983. She earned her ACSR designation in 1991. Angela is a Personal Lines Producer and is licensed in P&C, Life and Health.
Ree Walker

Ree has been in the insurance industry since 1986. She joined the staff of Watson and Knox in September of 2001. Ree is licensed in P&C and Life and Health.

Connie has over 23 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has been with Watson and Knox, Inc., since 2003. Connie is licensed in P&C and Life and Health.
Michelle Ray
Michele Ray,

Michele joined the Watson and Knox team in July of 2007. She graduated from Huntington College in Montgomery, Alabama, with a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology. She has been in the insurance industry since 1985, having earned her LUTCF designation in 2004. Michele is a Personal Lines Agent and is licensed in P&C, Life and Health.

Tori grew up in Augusta, GA, and is a graduate of Aquinas High School. She joined the Watson & Knox team in April 2011, and will serve as the Customer Service Representative for small and large group health insurance accounts.
Vicki Bonner
Vicki Bonner,
Benefits Advisor
Vicki joined the staff of Watson and Knox in November of 1999. She is licensed in Life, Health and Accident and Sickness. In 2002, Vicki earned the ACSR designation through the HAB of America. Her primary role is to assist in the sales and service of Group Employee Benefits, along with the sales and service of Individual Life and Health products.

Patsy came to work with Watson and Knox in September of 1999. In addition to her duties as "receptionist", Patsy assists the agents in whatever capacity is necessary.

Dianne grew up in Thomson, Georgia, and graduated from Briarwood Academy in 1972. She joined the Watson and Knox, Inc., team in 2004, as bookkeeper for all of its divisions.

Melissa joined the staff of Watson and Knox in May of 2010 in Customer Service. She graduated from Augusta Technical College as a Business Office Specialist. Melissa is currently training to become licensed as an agent for Property & Casualty.

Michelle came to work with Watson and Knox in April 2011 as a Customer Service Rep. She has worked in Insurance since 2003. She is a graduate from Thomson High School and Augusta Technical College, earning an Accounting degree in 2003.
